CrossFit 2009-08-06
First CrossFit in a while. Heavily modified to involve no legs whatsoever, except for stationary bike.
In three parts, cardio/legs, reps in the middle [21-15-9], and return to cardio/legs. I substituted a 3 mile bike for the run and lunges. I then did push presses with 10# weights instead of both Russian hops and box jumps. Man, my shoulders are going to hurt tomorrow!
- Run 0.5 mile
- 70 yard bodyweight lunge lap
- Pullups
- Russian hops (10#)
- Pushups
- Box jumps
