CrossFit 2010-02-25
Tonight was a training session focusing on the snatch and the clean&jerk and their variants. I worked on the snatch, the hang snatch, the power snatch, and the hang power snatch. I did all the similar variants of the clean as well. After one more personal session, I will join the full CrossFit class.
