This was supposed to be a nine minute workout, but I messed up the rest periods. Oh well, next time.
Back squats [40/90kg = 44% of 1 RM]
- 3 minutes squats [31]
- 2 3 minutes rest
- 2 minutes squats [20]
- 1 2 minutes rest
- 1 minute squats [11]
Total 62 squats
Dessert was myofascial release on the lower back
