Fenton Wood says that the omnibus print edition of his Yankee Republic series [Amazon link] should be out to backers by February, so I’ll be re-reading all five individual volumes, and filling in the reviews I haven’t done yet.
Pirates of the Electromagnetic Waves reminds me of my own mis-spent youth, attempting [and often failing] to build the circuits in Forrest M. Mims Getting Started in Electronics [Amazon link]. Charles Platt has a more recent book Make: Electronics [Amazon link], that covers similar ground. I plan on letting my own children try their hand at it as well.
