CrossFit 2009-05-26
Tonight was an Angie. The named CrossFit workouts are divided into two groups, the female, because they are tough, and the male, to honor CrossFitters who have died in the line of duty.
This was a modified Angie. All body weight, for time. You could split them up, unlike the full Angie, where you do all 100 in a row. I also did jumping pullups.

- 100 pushups
- 100 situps
- 100 squats
My time was 23 minutes.
