Dark Lager 4.9% ABV
Heavy on the malt, light on the hops. Dark, with a relatively small head. This beer is quite smooth, creamy is a good adjective to describe it. Moderately roasted malt aftertaste, but retains lager lightness.
The Secret of Trappist Ale
Trappist monks too elderly to make beer. But the money supports them anyhow.
