4 rounds, 40 seconds on, 20 seconds transition
* Step pushups (one hand higher than the other, then switch)
* Pistols (one legged squats)
* Pullups
* Kettlebell swings (18#)
* Russian twists (10#)
Crippled again! The pistols were hurting a little, but I went deep on a kettlebell swing
